Possible Health Benefits

Blackstrap molasses has traditionally been used to support bowel regularity. Its possible digestive benefits are of interest, but traditional use is not proof that it treats constipation.

Research on molasses and on plant polyphenols may help inform our understanding of nutrition and gut health. However, it should not be taken as proof that this product feeds beneficial gut bacteria or reduces gut inflammation. This product has not been clinically tested for those effects.
