Refund policy

Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our fermented food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or unsealed items. Returns or replacements are only considered if your product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo evidence of the product and packaging.

For food safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges. If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to request the return of damaged goods before processing a refund
