Shipping policy

We currently ship to all major areas within South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Delivery Times: Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Dispatch Days: We dispatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays only to ensure your fermented products do not sit in a depot over a weekend.

Shipping Costs: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Perishable Goods: Our products are raw and unpasteurised. We take care to package orders safely, but we cannot be held responsible for spoilage caused by delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, incorrect addresses).

Damaged or Lost Parcels: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at vanderwalt.tina@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos where applicable.
