Made with green cabbage, beetroot, caraway seeds, salt and water. Raw, unpasteurised and made in small batches, the Fermentastic way.

How to Enjoy

Spoon it alongside a braai, tuck it into a sandwich or add a colourful forkful to a summer salad or lunch bowl. Enjoy 1–2 tablespoons as a side dish. Serve cold and do not heat.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Consume within 4 weeks of opening, as indicated on the label.
